women’s group therapy

There’s something powerful about women coming together to share their stories, connect, and realize they’re not alone. This space is transformative, supportive, and incredibly healing.

If you’re a therapist working toward your LCSW, I offer supportive individual supervision to help you grow with confianza and clarity.

WHEN YOU’RE READY

There is no shame in needing support—only courage in honoring that whisper inside you. If you’ve even thought about therapy, there’s a reason. Your body is wise. Whether you book today or just needed to hear this message, I honor your bravery. You don’t have to carry it all alone. It really does take a village.

My deepest hope is that you leave every session feeling safe, seen, and deeply accepted—for all of who you are. I love this work with my whole corazón, and I would be honored to walk beside you as you begin (or continue) your healing journey. Growth doesn’t happen overnight—just like a flower, it unfolds in time. Despacito se llega lejos. I’m here when you’re ready.

lATINAS TALKIN’ THERAPY

I co-host this podcast with my fellow Austin therapist and friend, Brianda García—two first-gen Latinas sharing the kind of convos we wish we heard growing up.

We talk about holidays con la familia, reparenting our parents, why it’s so hard to receive a compliment, setting boundaries, and learning to rest without guilt. It's chisme with depth—real, tender, and hella relatable.

If you’ve ever felt like the strong one, the cycle breaker, or the one who “has it all together” but is quietly tired... this podcast is for you.
