therapy & philosophy

    • Yes—I facilitate women’s therapy groups. There’s something so powerful and transformational when women share their stories and support each other.

    • My work is body-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. I believe healing happens when we slow down, listen to ourselves, and stop trying to “fix” what was never broken.

    • I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and major life transitions. My work is especially grounded in helping first- and second-generation individuals process identity, cultural expectations, and generational wounds.

    • I work with women and LGBTQ+ clients around boundaries, people-pleasing, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, shame, and guilt. I also support survivors of abuse and domestic violence, helping them rebuild safety, trust, and self-worth on their own terms.

    • Whether you're unpacking racial trauma, navigating neurodivergence, or just trying to feel at home in your own body again—this is a space where your story is honored, and your healing is possible.

    • We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and what support looks like for you.

    • Yes, I’m a millennial therapist—and that’s actually one of my biggest strengths.

    • I know how hard it can be to find a bilingual therapist who gets the world you’re living in. Someone who speaks your language—literally and emotionally. I bring deep cultural awareness, trauma-informed care, and a grounded understanding of how identity, race, gender, and generational experience shape our mental health.

    • And while I may be younger than what you expect, I’ve been doing this work for over 9 years. Being younger doesn’t mean I lack insight—it means I understand your context. I know what it’s like to grow up between cultures, to unlearn perfectionism, to carry the invisible labor of being “the strong one.”

    • Therapy is most powerful when you feel truly understood. And that’s exactly what I offer.
